Sunny growth

The full bloom of summer.This is a week and a half later. The couche grass has gone crazy. Notice the Marquee on the right, full of head-height weeds and devoid of skin.

Here is our patch when I first spotted it and considered the possibility of taking it on.
Joel's spinach was in full growth and so was the couche grass!
